Q: Is this an HR programme?

A: No — it is a strategic executive programme for leaders who are accountable for organisational performance, culture, and talent at the highest level. CHROs and CPOs are welcome, but so are CEOs, COOs, and CFOs. |


Q: Can the whole executive team attend together?

A: Yes — and this is strongly recommended. The bespoke team version is the most powerful format. |


Q: Is the executive team diagnostic really anonymous?

A: Yes — responses are aggregated and no individual response is identifiable. |


Q: Is accommodation included?

A: Yes — four nights and all meals. |


Q: How is this different from an HR or OD conference?

A: This is a residential, cohort-based executive programme with substantial coaching and live organisational work. It is the opposite of a conference.
